They are very profesional

If I could give it 0 stars I would, the customer service is terrible. I went to do a procedure that does not take more than 5 minutes, and after more than 1 hour waiting (because of 3 executives they only have one) they preferred to go first to a person who arrived 30 minutes after me. I went to complain to the staff and they told me that there were "customers with a different priority." I even feel like changing my bank accounts after such a terrible deal. In short, I do not recommend going to that branch at all: * Operates at less than 33% of its staff capacity (1 executive out of 3). * They are not fair when assigning shifts (they pass on to people who arrive 30 minutes after you first). * Their appointment system is inefficient and terrible (the customer who came first was going to open an account, mine was only 5 minutes). * The staff does NOTHING to optimize their customer service process. They have a lot of staff at the entrance, and very few at cashiers and executives. Literally going to this branch is like going to the supermarket to buy a product, seeing that there are many people and few open boxes of the total, and on top of that they pass customers who arrive later with a full cart before you who only carry one product.

Rubbish bank, they don't have executives, there is only the director, I was waiting for more than 1 hour and I was just going to give me an account statement, but they never attended to me, a person who arrived long after me, they passed it before. Purely inept and arrogant employees. The worst branch I have ever been to.

Terrible service, they did not want to assist me when a cashier got stuck and kept my money, saying that I had a clarification online when this was not true. Appalling!!!!!

An ATM when trying to make a withdrawal with my card from another bank (banamex) only sent the message "operation completed", without giving me the money or receipt, the same with the ATM next door....
