My 5 stars go to the Personal Banking Manager David Requena, very good, excellent service, extensive knowledge and he has helped me a lot in my efforts. Now, the box is a disaster.
I give 1 star because you can't give 0. We go one day and they don't serve us without an appointment, we ask for the next day at 8:30 in the morning, we wait at the door and they don't open until 9. The workers looking at the door and laughing while more than 7 people are waiting to enter the appointment time. In the end we were not able to carry out the procedure due to their incompetence and slowness, since some of us have to do our job. Not like them.
Having powers from my parents, I can't do anything because the cashier refuses to do her job, in addition to my parents having the account there, they cause a lot of problems and they don't let you make transfers because they don't want to do their job. Suggestion that they take an empathy course and how to do their job instead of being dizzy and not encarte other branches, thus possibly improving the quality of service. That if to leave you with the word in your mouth and to start talking with your partner they do it wonderfully. We want qualified customer service NOT what we are receiving. It must be a shame that they play with our money.
They closed a lot of offices so this one always has a lot of people, I call my manager and he doesn't answer me, I call the office and the automatic system answers saying that they left a message for my manager because they couldn't answer my call 😞
