Disastrous experience. I went to extend my line of credit, and my joy was shaken by the fact that he gives out shifts and didn't even deign to give me a ticket. He kept me sitting for half an hour, while someone "attended me" (the branch was empty). And after I asked him why the delay, he told me that there was no point and that I better not waste my time. Because of people like this, we are seriously thinking about canceling all BBVA cards, a shame.

The worst experience. I went to update my file and they did not carry out the procedure correctly. When I went back to correct it they offered me no other option but to close my account. The managers do nothing but talk among themselves and leave customers waiting for hours. The only decent person is the security man.

The ATMs are fast and are not usually full during the week. It has parking, I haven't gone to the counter so I don't know what the service is like.

Does anyone know if the ATMs at the Pué Te Colorado branch are already working, I need to know or move to other ATMs.

The service was very fast, I updated the data, but in my opinion they should be prohibited from using their cell phone, because the guy who answered me at all times was interacting by sending a message or whatever, and I make this information extensive because in case of any mishandling I do responsible to the branch.
