Terrible service !! More than an hour and a half to assist me and tell me that they could NOT solve the problem and that I had to return in 24 hours.. WORSE, they told me that because I was not a customer I should wait longer and see how they pass on to others even though I had much more time waiting... until they want, they serve you because you are not a customer... IT IS NOT OK for them to play like this with everyone's time, the information is not clear, the executives come and go... between shifts they are on their cell phones.. They talk to each other... they take a long time to call a new shift and then they leave or look at their cell phone for a long time. Do you really think that we don't realize the way in which they waste time and cause themselves the delay and a large amount waiting time? It's a real MOCKER! And why send emails and report on Twitter if that won't change the terrible attention and wasted time.

Only one open box out of 3, and the branch is full because they are paying scholarships. Incredible that the management does not open the 3 boxes if every month is the same. When you arrive they tell you that the waiting time is approximately 1 hour.
