The very bad truth has us standing here outside for almost 2 hours and to date they have not attended to us nor have they taken the trouble to come out and tell us why the truth is, the service is terrible, I hope they don't come out because they are no longer able to serve us. no way to have to wait

Terrible service, the management staff arranging work management issues during customer service hours, the staff at the door does not generate any service, 3 hours on hold and no one has the attention, questions and their response is wait your turn.

Terrible service from the customer service ladies in the lobby, they answer you in a bad way or ignore you, to go to the checkout it doesn't take less than 1 hour waiting in line and there is no staff to serve only two people in service since it is a very important and with a lot of flow of people.

TERRIBLE SERVICE THERE ARE ALWAYS 2 ATMS, AND IT IS A VERY IMPORTANT AREA, COMPANY SHIFT EVERY HALF AN HOUR, BADLY THEY DO NOT RECEIVE YOU WITH A DIGITAL SHIFT, COMPANIES SHOULD BE A PRIORITY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT IS HANDLED. BESIDES THEY HAVE YOU IN THE SUN. 🤨🤨🤨🤨😠😠😠😠👎👎👎👎👎👎

Everything is very slow, they have you waiting outside for a long time, you enter and you continue waiting and even worse, you realize that they serve people who arrived later before those of us who arrived first, really terrible.
