Terrible service from the staff, very rude, arrogant. They don't allow you to check out, they send you to practice without assistance. Which causes many problems when doing your procedure. The practice keeps your change and the staff doesn't solve anything.
Yesterday, Friday, I went to request that my credit card be directed to this branch, box 3 told me that until it expired, it would be the first business day for the replacement. I asked the lady at the entrance who gives out the tickets and I communicated by phone and they told me to dial my card number, then option 2 and then option 3, then the card number again and that's it because she told me the answering machine some non-validation sorry to start again. Why do they complicate life and make it so easy for us since the young lady answered me, she would have asked me for my information and request that they direct my card to this branch or an executive from the branch would have assisted me on this matter?

They take a long time to serve those of us who are customers. But if you are known they pass you before, worth the order.
