Of all the BBVA it is the slowest, it has few ATMs and there is always a long line. It is also noticeable that they do not maintain their ATMs.

Horrible service in the ATM area both for making payments and withdrawing money, usually some are not in service

Excellent branch. All the staff are super trained and quickly resolve all doubts and processes that are going to be carried out. From the door there is good organization to detect the type of procedure and direct clients to the corresponding area. I have been to this branch more than 10 times and I have always observed this trend. Congratulations!!! 100% recommended.

I do not recommend this branch, the staff is very disorganized, and I was in line for almost an hour and when I got to the door they told me that there was no system for my procedure and that the failure was general and that it was better to come back tomorrow and well, they didn't bother me. They let me enter the branch, I went to the satellite branch and in 30 minutes they resolved my procedure... I recommend the satellite branch more, the staff there gives better service and they don't make excuses not to serve you 👍
