The worst BBVA branch, they take too long to attend, the ladies who "support" at the entrance have a terrible attitude and are rude. They don't take turns and if you tell them something they get annoying. Not to mention that some days you work and others you don't.

Bad service, I reported my card and they replaced it, but they blocked my mobile application and now I need to check my balance by phone and every time I try to talk it doesn't accept at first only the answering machine responds that the service is not available and they blocked me now it can't neither dial nor check balances, I will not change banks or migrate my payroll account. In my opinion, BBVA's service is terrible.
