I went because my account was canceled for not using it, it was a long and complicated process that without the support of the staff I would not have achieved. It is to be admired the professional, friendly treatment and empathy they had with me, a friend's treatment, truly a pleasant and easy experience Thanks to the training of the staff, especially by Advisor Marco. Delighted with the facilities, treatment and staff.

Of the worst!!! The service is terrible at the entrance, a lady with disgusting nails told us that our problem could only be solved online and there they couldn't do anything at all!!! The good thing is that I don't have an account there but my friend does and he didn't even have the right to have an executive tell him the same thing but behind a desk!!! If they are going to send you away even with politeness and style!!!

I went at a time with a lot of people on Monday but the customer service was undoubtedly very good. I left with my problem solved, when despite the wait in consideration I think it was not long and the attention was personalized and fast.

It is a place where everything is done quickly, it depends on the users there are, the people who work are friendly and have a lot of empathy
