The system is good that in all its ATMs you can deposit, pay, transfer, withdraw with a card and without a card. The instructions are very simple and in all the branches there are several tellers, it is a shame that with this system the human tellers are little by little being displaced and becoming unemployed.
Sadly it has become very elitist, if you don't have an account with them you have to wait for them to serve those who do have one, and up to 6 people can pass before you.
TERRIBLE "service"... If you can call what they do there service. From the counter they sent me to the desks, and I had to wait 45 minutes for an "executive" to "free up", before they ended up telling me that they couldn't help me.
The next day I went to the González Gallo branch and they were able to help me without problems with my request.
