I tell you, I went to make the change for the SEP scholarship payment, they asked me for my voter ID when I was not yet inside the branch since there were many people with the issue of expediting but in reality they were doing it with the purpose of checking you to give you a credit card when you never gave them authorization, well, since you refuse, they get upset and from there I go to the counter and the lady who helped me told me that if I didn't give her my account number, she wouldn't do my procedure and I said sorry, there he says that you shouldn't deposit it with me and he says now that's how it's handled but if he doesn't want to I won't do the procedure so he's already upset I told him you give me back my papers and I'm going to leave. However, I went to the branch that is in the Balbuena garden and they have a very efficient service.
