Poorly organized, if they have an automated system to go to the window, they give you a piece of paper to give you your turn. Illogical

I went to buy ounces of silver as indicated on the page. The first person at the door tells me that they are purchased online; I still decided to give the benefit of the doubt; I reviewed the procedure again and returned to the branch. They do not handle the sale of silver ounces. For which they offer a product that they do not have; this is false advertising.

This morning my aunt (elderly) was assaulted at the ATM, a guy wrapped her up telling her that this way she wouldn't put the card in, she didn't let her and tried to take it from her but the guy took it, the phone that is in the ATM to request support is useless!!! So can not be! The report was made but it was useless, the guys managed to get 2,400 pesos. Appalling! They should put surveillance where every week!

The service is very slow, they have very few executives to serve, and although they do their job well and their presentation is impeccable. They can't cope with so many people. You say the wait is 17 minutes and it takes an hour and 15 minutes to pass.
