Do not open an account at this branch, there are only two commercial executives and one is dedicated to printing account statements and other procedures; and they don't have a personal banking executive and when they attend... the attention is extremely slow because they attend personal banking first (that is, the annoying ones or businessmen I imagine), more than two hours !!!! in the box if it is fast; and that there are only 4. Lose one in total like an hour and a half to two!!!!
It takes a long time to pass at the window, on the ticket there is a small note of how long it will take to pass, it is not respected, however I have to resort to Aser for payment and it takes more than an hour to wait. And if it's a little disturbing

BECAUSE THEY ARE ABUSIVE... BECAUSE THEY ARE ABUSIVE AND BECAUSE THEY ARE LAX AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB OR FOR NOT AFFECTING THEIR RESULTS BY GIVING LOW ACCOUNTS....LOSS BBVA VERY BAD
What an UGLY, DESPOTIC, DISRESPECTFUL service given to the "workers" at the counter. They don't have to behave like this with people who find it difficult to fill out a form for an international transfer. Today a client of more than 15 years with you was treated so badly that they made her go around and around and take turns because of a missing number, letter, etc. If they don't have patience, they don't have a good attitude, they don't deserve that job.
