The service is very slow, you ask the guy at the entrance for information and he doesn't listen to you, you go to the modules and they tell you to make the movements by application, they don't give you a solution to anything and so many people are dissatisfied with the terrible service.
Terrible service, I went to collect a medical disability and the staff cannot agree on what identification can be received. Previously, on three occasions I had already claimed disability at this branch with my driver's license and on a third occasion it was not possible because, according to the staff, it has never been possible to complete the procedure with that document when in another branch I made it very easy and the treatment was better. They should standardize their procedures in all branches.
Very bad service, 1 hour queue and they leave people outside, they are supposed to close at 4 and there are people in line since 3:30 and they arrive at the door after 4 because it took too long and they no longer let them through
Terrible service, you have been waiting in line for an hour for the person at the entrance to tell you that you can no longer enter because they have to make a cut
