One of the worst experiences. The waiting time was excessive, I'm not sure about the shift system within the bank. But there were other users who arrived a long time after me and were attended to. I had to leave the branch for work reasons after 2 and a half hours without attention. This, coupled with the fact that the branch does not have security, there were people other than the users who came in to ask for voluntary money; that due to the nature of the establishment caused discomfort and insecurity among users. This branch is not recommended at all.

Their practices are rubbish, one of them swallowed my cash and they did not return it to me, their solution was to call the BBVA line, which I had already done, terrible service.

Terrible help! I told them clearly that I was going to update the $$ limit on my card and they told me there was no problem and they gave me the level and at the time they made the transfer they blocked my account! Now I left unable to withdraw
