At BBVA, the customer service menus of the telephone numbers displayed on the screen are circular and as of today, THEY DO NOT OFFER DIRECT ATTENTION TO COMPLAINTS, nor do they offer direct attention for clarifications, complaints or assistance from advisors.
If you don't have a place to waste your time, this branch is the one for you, here you waste your time to the maximum, the cashiers take a long time and additionally take up your time to leave, to eat and at the entrance Israel Aguilar will do you the favor that if you don't have your card to give you an appointment that will not be attended to immediately but in 50 or 60 minutes, and for them the time standards that give you your appointment do not matter to them. It is the worst BBVA branch I have ever seen, if not the worst, I do not recommend it.
Such hostile, incompetent and above all rude staff, avoid the branch at all costs. The ''Director'' is truly by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in a bank. Very unpleasant.
