It's funny that I left my opinion about this terrible experience before and now it doesn't appear. I suggest that before making any purchase you check the car everywhere and if you have double security bolts, make sure you have both security keys since that is what happened. They only had one and after having made the purchase they ignored the responsibility of leaving the studs free to obviously remove the tires in case of any emergency. I think that as with anything else you purchase you want it to be in a safe and quiet driving condition. They gave me the runaround, then something was agreed upon and they didn't comply. Days later they simply stopped answering the calls. I had to remove the lugs on my own, they charged me 800 pesos and they never showed their face. I WOULD THINK ABOUT IT 3 TIMES OR MORE BEFORE FINALLY CLOSING THE DEAL

This guy just sells you and that's it. He is not interested in the client. A case to talk to him. I don't recommend them. They do not assume responsibilities. Who would think of giving you a car without the security bolt? You tell them and the only thing you get is that they block you, I already sold it, it's not my problem anymore. The vehicle is not bad but first they are very attentive and after selling they don't even know you. They call you to solve it and in the end it never came. That he would take it the next day and that he would do it as a courtesy but he had already sold it and that's how things stayed. He never did anything. I had to do it on my own and I paid 800 pesos to break the studs and put new security ones on it. You will know if you are encouraged!!!

The cars have more details than what they tell you and they pretend they didn't know, lack of professionalism, it's been almost 2 months since I bought them and there are still more faults and details on the car
