Aside from electronics, this store has everything you need for a home. As soon as you walk in, you will feel At Home. The layout is simple and the front of the store is organized depending on the season. My experiences here have been good and it is a great browsing store as well for those who like to just browse.
The store has a huge selection of products and colors, it's a great place to shop. The problem is the customer service is terrible. The registers are always unmanned and I've waited around for 10 min more than once for someone to show up so I could check out. I picked out a rug that the bin said was in stock but I could not find the correct size in the bin because all the rugs are piled on top of each other and they are hard to move. I didn't have any more time to waste waiting for assistance so I decided to go home and order online to pick up when ready. I placed my order and the store confirmed in stock. The next day I get a text stating the item is not available. I located the same item at the Wayne store and received an in stock confirmation. The next day I receive a text that my item is not available. I attempt to purchase online and ship to my house. It will not accept my shipping address on the website. I tried to contact both stores by phone numerous times but it is constantly sent to an unavailable mailbox. It is impossible to get in touch with a representative and I don't have more time to waste driving to either store just to ask a question, which are both 30 min from me. Very impressed with the variety of products but very disappointed with the customer service experience so far.

I really liked this place when it opened a few months ago. Selection is great. But the store itself has gone down hill. The last three times I’ve gone, the store was a complete mess. So, so many aisles blocked by carts full of new merchandise that needs to be put on the shelves. Trying navigate your own cart through the aisles is brutal.
Bathrooms were so gross. Only one toilet was not clogged. And the only one with toilet paper, which I had to briefly visit to get a few squares, made me gag. I’m not even sure if they’re cleaning them daily.
I never get out of the checkout line in under 15 minutes. There’s pretty much always only one clerk and about four managers nearby standing and talking about non-work things, instead of ringing up. Last time I asked the managers if they could add a checkout clerk and they told me to get out of line and walk to the other end of the store where there was another checkout and no line, instead of just getting on the register themselves. And they were clearly annoyed I asked.
Again, selection is usually pretty good. But this location needs attention from corporate IMO.
Wow… this store blew me away. Talk about selection and vast space filled with items…. Wow. I went in there as I had a few minutes before my movie started across the way in the theater and I had to come back and finish walking around. Lots of things I wanted… I’ll be back another day to walk this place again. The store is clean, well stocked and prices are respectable.
