My husband put his riding lawn mower in this shop. He paid 180.00 for them to pick it up. Instead of doing what was asked, they were finding things to make more money. He did not ask them to see what was wrong with his mower. All he asked was for them to put a battery and new belts. They picked up the mower in March and he got it back today
May 10, 2023. after he would not let them do what they wanted to do, the mower was returned damaged . When he did a follow up to see what was taking so long the guy stated they were trying to make money. We do what is right and it's nerve racking to see people trying to get over. This would not have been an issue if they just did what was asked of them. If they found something and he said not at this time that should have been good enough instead of trying to force someone to do what they wanted.
If you take your equipment there rest assured they are going to try to get more money. Don't bother to go to management

Let me first start off by saying. The service of my lawnmower itself was good. It's not the workers who need to work on customer service. I went in to pick up my lawnmower and I'm assuming the lady is who was working the front desk is somehow related to the owner in someway. When I get to the counter and put down my American express card she is like we don't take that lol. I said seriously. I said we'll try it and see if it works. And what do you know it worked. I told her the traffic was pretty bad coming out this way and looks like they doing a major over haul on roads. And she said we'll I'm working on the roads as fast I can. She said it pretty sarcastically. Which I'm from South city so Sarcasm Is like a second language to me. And for what I do for a living she told me I should fly over the construction next time. As I was signing the paperwork. She was very rude she needs to be better trained to work with customers. I'm sure it doesn't even matter me writing a review about my experience. I felt like they charge me about $40 dollars more then what I needed. This shop is also kinda in not so great area. Hope this review helps.

Leah was amazing. She took care of us and knows her stuff. Love our mower! She was super kind to our son who is obsessed with tractors.
