Apple Kenwood Towne Centre

For the past 2 years I have visited this apple Store for black friday day. The store is really fantastic and the staff are very polite and always help in assisting. Every time on this day, I make apple Store vist Special Video and publish this in my channel. In which I explain about all apple products in one video with their price and offers. I want to take the opportunity to thank the apple for helping me to get a lot of views on youtube.

This is a great Apple Store location. I have only purchased for here a handful of times, but several of those times, I was recognized and greeted by the sales staff. They usually go above and beyond to answer questions and help us find the best product for our needs, even when the store is insanely busy during new releases or the holiday season.

People who first receive the customer are not welcoming. They provide wrong information. Leadership should look into this and should hire more customers loving personal. Also, if they are saying your wait time is 40 min, why I have to wait in store for 40 min. Even small stores like great clips have very nice waiting system. If they can have better waiting system, I am sure Apple can also have it.

TLDR: I won’t be shopping at this location anymore after being a longtime customer. I didn’t appreciate the backhanded comment the saleswoman made to the clerk. This use to be my go-to Apple Store. I made an exchange today because the MacBook Air I bought for my mother last night ended up not having enough space needed. We got home, opened up the box and discovered the MacBook had scratches on the logo. The box was also dirty both inside and outside. The wrapping was also ripped when we opened the box. I spent another 45 minutes to drive back down to the store to exchange it again. I check-in and explain it to the female clerk what happened. She finds a saleswoman for me. I explain to her what happened, and asked if we could check the new laptop after it comes out to save another trip. She became condescending telling me it was a factory issue and they wouldn’t make the mistake of selling a used laptop. Clearly it had to have been a return with the scratches and how dirty it was. We check the new laptop they brought out and it checked out. After I packed it back up and left. I overheard the woman who checked us in ask the saleswoman what happened. The saleswoman made a backhanded comment and the clerk started laughing. I turned around to look at her showing I didn’t appreciate the comment. She looked very surprised that I heard them. I spent over $1600 on a new laptop that was a Christmas gift for my mother. I didn’t appreciate them making backhanded comments because I checked to see if it was damaged or not. I won’t be shopping here anymore after being a long time customer.

I've been coming to this store for 10+ years and I have never had a bad experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of working here as a security guard part-time while I'm finishing school and I can honestly say that I have never met more genuinely caring and friendly people! You rarely look forward to coming to work every day and being around the same people for 12 hours. However, every employee was a joy to get to know, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time working alongside them. Behave when you go visit my friends here. They will do whatever they can to help you. So, BE KIND! Or else... Lol
