America's Home Place - Gainesville, GA

We have been so happy with AHP in Gainesville! They have been so helpful in all stages of the process so far. We are about 4 month in, and can honestly say that we know we made the right choice with AHP. Of course things have happened, but our project manager, Kevin, has been very responsive and has taken care of everything. We have been impressed with the quality of work. We are looking forward to moving into our forever home.

I cannot recommend AHP in Gainesville enough. Greg helped us take a design and make it our own. He was always patient and helpful throughout the process. Koty and his team made that design come to life. He was professional and available all throughout the build. We appreciate his hard work and continued support when I’ve reached out years later with questions. Timmy and John from warranty are the best around. We’ve been in our home for 3 years now and we’re still pleased. If you’re considering building a forever home, go talk to the AHP team!

My husband and I met with many, many builders before choosing AHP and are very glad we chose them. Everyone we know who’s built a home is full of horror stories and we were nervous going into this process. But every step was so easy, fun, and stress free. Any time a minor hiccup arose (nothing crazy, just general things that come with building a house), our project manager immediately made us aware, gave us his plan to fix it, and fixed it! Communication was amazing throughout the whole process with updates, timelines, and transparency of every step. We were able to sit back and watch our first home come to life. There were zero hidden/surprise expenses either. The build ended up costing slightly less than expected and WE PAID LESS than the original amount we signed for. The entire home is high quality and looks amazing - even our family is impressed with the quality of the “standard materials” as we didn’t make any major upgrades to the plan we chose. We broke ground in early August and got our keys today (12/6/23). Talk about fast. We are now moving into our home with about 3 months to settle before our first baby arrives and I am so grateful to have an amazing home to bring our little boy home to. Thank you to the entire Gainesville team for being a fantastic group of trustworthy people who genuinely want to give their customers the best.

Building our dream home with America's Home Place was the best decision we made. From breaking ground to the final settlement was 4 months and 10 days. AHP was efficient, attentive, and met all our expectations. Johnathon was a dream to work with. Americas Home Place in Gainesville did and amazing job with building our new home! Jacob was always on top of everything. We came in under budget and completed sooner than expected. We moved in two weeks ago. We highly recommended them for building your new home!!!!
