Went to America’s Best in Lees Summit yesterday. I expected a long wait and to have to pay full price for getting my damaged glasses replaced, but Chris waited on me quickly, checked my file and to my surprise, I had purchased the damage warranty when I bought them 9 months ago! She was very polite and patient with an old blind geezer like me , and she was extremely helpful. She made my day! I don’t use Google in my phone, but Chis made such an impression on me, I had to borrow my wife’s phone to post what a fantastic employee she is.
I'm uninsured, so the fact that I can get two custom pairs of glasses WITH an eye exam for less than the price of an annual vision insurance premium, is astounding. Even after a mistake was made, the management took ownership and swiftly resolved the matter with a smile.
If you still hope to have stores with actual humans in them in the future, then go ahead and give these guys some love. For the price and service, it is really unbeatable.
This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I went to order contacts and was rudely helped by a woman at the front desk. When asking her the price of a 2 pack vs a 6 pack of contacts her answer was “cheaper than the other one” ok jaw dropped then so I asked for a manager she then said she was the manager. Ok so I kept composure and continued my order buying the 6pack because they were actually cheaper in the long haul. After rudely putting in my order she said it would take up to 96 days to arrive because a shortage. I placed any way knowing she was just detouring me to purchase and they shipped today… It’s sad that there person over the hospitality(customer service team) has no respect for the company,
This was my first time going to this location since living in Raytown. I had an amazing experience. The staff is very polite and helpful. I also enjoyed Dr. Sukaromya. She was very informative and compassionate. Asha made my day. 🤗 She was very pleasant and made picking out my frames and purchasing my glasses a breeze.
I wasn't impressed by the customer service there. Check-in took forever because nobody came over to help. After my exam, I had to wait for assistance because two employees were more concerned about their own glasses then helping me. I stood behind them waiting for one of them to notice me and they didn't do a thing. I pray my glasses come out right. They are bifocals and the girl assisting me didn't know what she was doing. Not impressed at all.
