I had a water leak from my water line of my refrigerator. It happened on a Friday night. Water went straight to the basement and soaked the carpet in several rooms. Also, broke some drop ceiling tiles in the basement’s ceiling. It must have been leaking for at least 24 hours. You can imagine how I felt. But I called my insurance company Saturday morning and they gave me All Cleans phone number. I called them and they showed up within an hour and got started cleaning up. The carpet wasn’t even a year old so I didn’t want to tear it out. They did a water extraction and then put out dehumidifiers and fans. Ran those for a couple days and had everything dried up. Then they steam cleaned the carpets and repaired the ceiling tiles. Even found water upstairs on kitchen floors that wasn’t noticeable till a few days later. They took up the tiles and began dehumidifying it as well. I’m in the process of getting some new flooring put down in the kitchen. These guys took care of everything. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. They took care of my insurance claim and explained it all to me. I gotta say they made this stressful situation much easier to handle. I would totally recommend these guys for any water damage needs. You won’t regret it. A+

Our wedding store flooded and All-Clean came out, on a Saturday and took care of everything. They did an excellent job. The guys were very professional. They had to come back several times and check the equipment and make sure things were taken care of. We are very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough on how appreciative I am about the All-Clean company in Jonesboro Arkansas. They made the experience of the bad situation our home was in a lot better. The guidance and the hard work the company did for us was a blessing for the disaster we were facing, any kind of damage is devastating but, the workers help so much . Anthony is one of the hardest working man I’ve seen in a long time , I sincerely appreciate his hard work, taking all my phone calls, and especially being so patient with me . Great experience with All Clean coming to the rescue! Busted water main flooded my basement and they got there fast! Saved my furniture and got all the water up, dried the walls and repaired all the damage! No need to call contractors or plumbers, they handled everything!

Thank you all clean for removing all the water damage and mold remediation from a leaking water heater! Charles, Anthony, and Hunter were very helpful and got it taken care of quickly!
