I came to All Weather Fence on Friday 6/4/21 seeking consult and to place an order for my fence. I trusted that they gave me the right information. They gave me an INVOICE for 1000, then the owner came over and said that it was incorrect due to prices changing. I was okay with that and he gave me a NEW INVOICE for 1100. I called Monday to confirm the order. I then called Monday 6/14/21 to confirm pickup for 6/18/21. The owner told me to call back Wednesday to confirm. I did and he said it would be ready Friday 6/18. I told them I was renting a truck so I could call and confirm Friday AM. I did and the owner said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He did not, so I called again and he said yes it was ready. I drove an hour to their store, rented a truck and took the day off. I also scheduled someone to install the next day as I got off a 4 month waiting list. I get down there prepared to pay just over $1000, but was handed an invoice for $2056. I disputed that and was told their is nothing they could do. I asked to split the difference since they handed me an invoice not a quote on 6/4 and they refused. They also deleted the invoices that detail the $1000&$1100 INVOICE. I have pictures, proving it was an invoice not a quote.

I wish to inform anyone reading reviews that there are people out there that think nothing of giving a low rating or saying something untrue because of some little inconvenience, if any. We have had a A+ rating with BBS (Better Business Bureau) ever since we have been a member. NO COMPLAINTS....0!
That's because to make a complaint it has to be legitimate. And even if there was a complaint of some sort, there are always two sides to every story. Our reputation is everything.......35 years in business. PLEASE be fair when rating Any business. This is our livelihood. What you say or rate really does affect us. The team accommodated our very short turn around and was super helpful. The fence and gate were beautiful and easy to install. Thanks Richard and Jonathan!! We really appreciate everything you did to help us. It looks great and keeps my daughters Great Dane out of the street!
The owner was super helpful and actually recommended I go to his competitor because they had the specific material I was looking for. All of his suggestions were trying to help me get the most bang for my buck and overall he was genuinely looking out for my best interest, as the customer, rather than trying to make a quick buck.

The old guy and his kid Richard are completely incompetent. Stay as far away from this place as you can.
