I always took my car there with complete confidence with my eyes closed. But this last time I encountered dishonest people. I asked how much the service answered for 80 thousand and they told me 5,649 pesos. It was very expensive but I figured it was because of the mileage. When paying, they gave me my billing sheet and I saw that the price of the service was 2,800 pesos and the remaining amount was for an extra “executive” service. The service staff before had offered it to me, and I had always said no. It basically consists of selling you additives. This new staff did it without giving me the option. This is the last time I take my car to that agency.
