Troy was amazing today! He was very thorough and walked me through what he saw. He even pointed out a fire hazard with my dryer! My dogs liked him too, so you know he is a good person. I was very impressed with his service today.

Today I was visited by Troy from your company. He was professional and thorough checking both the air conditioning unit and the furnace. Amazing tech. We were having issues with our downstairs A/C unit maintaining temperature during the day. I contacted Aire Serv and was able to get a technician out a couple days later. Our tech (Chris) went right to work and quickly figured out that the whole-home air filter in the blower was pretty dirty and likely causing the issue. We got that resolved, and Chris also gave us some advice on taking care of our HVAC ourselves (we were new to the home and didn’t even know the whole-home air filter was a thing). Really appreciated his diligent work to quickly resolve our issue during these hot days.

Troy was very attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was able to teach us something new about our AC system. He also taught us the most cost-effective way to keep our system running. If we ever need your services again, send Troy our way.

I spoke with the office early this morning and there was a crew to look at my a/c by 1pm. Ralph and Brandon did a thorough job of checking out the problem I was having and did a great job of correcting the problem.....quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and easy to work with.
