Aire Serv of Smith County

Air Serv is very dependable and takes care of their customers. I appreciate their honesty. I was cheated out of over $500. by my previous service company. ..They wanted to put in the same amount of fluid the next year they came. I told them I would think about it and called Aire Serv who had been recommended by a friend. A.S. said my A.C. unit needed nothing and probably no fluid was even added last year. This is my 3rd yr. with Aire Serv and I continue to be very pleased with their service. Very nice, also.

HVAC Tech arrived on time, with text sent when he was on his way. He went about very thoroughly checking my system, was efficient, and when he was finished, he went over with me everything he had done. I was very pleased with his service.

The scheduler got us in the same day even though it was not urgent. Our tech Josh was great! On time, quick diagnosis, quick repair, and very knowledgeable!

Ryan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We hope to use him again in the spring to test our air conditioner.
