I have used Aire Serv of Sevierville for about 3 years. They always show up on time, and they do a great job. Their staff is always professional. Typically I see Jeff Claxton twice a year for routine maintenance and upkeep on my two HVAC units. Jeff always does a great job, and I will be requesting him for any future work. I've also spoken to Maggie at the office. She handles scheduling and is very helpful and easy to work with.

I was without ac for over a week, I called for an estimate on Friday, Lucas was at my house Saturday morning, he gave me a reasonably price and on Tuesday the install technicians Chris and Patrick were here first thing. They were great friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend these guys. Awesome job.

We own a short term rental that had an evaporator coil break on our HVAC unit. Aire Serv sent a technician out same day on a weekend! They were able to get our unit up and running quickly. Our guests left us a 5 star review thanks to Chris our amazing technician.

Tony Murphy arrived right on time. He was exceptionally professional! We are a household of females and he made us feel more than comfortable with him being on the property. As soon as he arrived he introduced himself, exchanged simple small talk and got right to work diagnosing the issue. It wasn't even 10 minutes before he knew what was wrong. He explained to us the issue double checked to see if he had what he needed gave us the price and then didn't hesitate getting it fixed. It wasn't no time before he had our blower going. He went above and beyond the call. I would most definitely want it to be him if I ever needed anything in the future!
