I don't know when I've seen such pleasant, fast, and good service. And the pricing was most fair. I highly recommend them. It was done for my sister.

Called to receive a quote for a flue replacement the guy said he would call back with a price - I called and left a message the next day and he called me back and said he had a family matter arise and he would call back with the price - almost a week later I called back and the lady that answered the phone said she would call back with the quote - it's been over a week and still no call. Total wait time for a quote is now 3 weeks. What prompted this review is On my second call I told him if he wasn't interested just tell me and I would find someone else. I guess if you have a total system replacement the reviews seem great but if it involves a less lucrative repair then he isn't interested.

I appreciate so much how Shawn has taken care of my elderly parents on more than one occasion. The last time was this New Year's Day when he came and the need was their thermostat needed new batteries. We couldn't figure out how to change them so I called Shawn to find out how to change the batteries. He actually came right over and showed us how to change the batteries. I have every confidence that Shawn would never let my Mom and Dad go cold or hot. Thanks again Shawn!

Shawn Harris is a very honest and reliable man. He came and checked our heating and air system. Told us that we weren't in need of a new system just yet and that he would be happy to provide us with service. Shawn is very trustworthy and friendly. Glad to have him taking care of us.
