The company returned my call in a timely
manner and set up an appointment for the same day. They then called and texted that my technician was on his way. Craig was my technician and also called directly to say he was on the way. He arrived on time, was quick and professional, explained what was wrong in a way that made sense, all while not judging my messy house (because let’s be real, doesn’t everyone worry about that, or is it just me?). I’m definitely happy with their service and grateful to get my heat back on before the weekend.
Greg and Kevin at Aire Serv were professional and answered all the questions I had. Greg was very knowledgeable. After install and set up, he made sure I understood how to use my system. I had a great experience and I highly recommended them.
Aire Serv has always been available for regular as well as scary moments. The furnace developed a rattle and a train whistle on a Friday night and the office was closed on weekends. An early Monday call scored me a Wednesday appointment but after a cancellation, Melissa called back and Greg came out that same Monday. He assessed the situation, rushed to procure the part before the facility closed and installed it that same Monday evening. I truly appreciate the extra efforts and follow through! I have finally been sleeping well knowing that I and the premises are safe. Thank you, Melissa, Greg and Aire Serv!
Minus the miscommunication by the office staff Melissa (we didn't see eye to eye on our situation and so it took an extra 5 days to get our home serviced) it was great! Once our tech came out he fixed our AC in 3 hours! Super nice guy, especially working on a unit outside in the awful heat and humidity.
Chris Andrews was the service professional who came to do our AC routine maintenance check, and he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and informative. He didn’t push anything on us that we didn’t really need, but he also represented his company well by letting us know how our unit was doing and what we could likely expect from it in the coming months. Chris felt like having a friend in our home instead of a stranger. Hopefully Aireserv will do what they can to keep this guy.
