Never heard of this company. BUT one of the service vehicles was speeding down the fast lane, but slowing and speeding to irritate a driver in a yellow Ford behind him. This went one for several miles. I was three cars behind, watching it all. Not a good look for the company. Might want to address this. Large Chevy pickup. Going into Boise from Eagle. :-/
What a great experience we had with Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year in Boise, and they came out early for an up-front estimate with quick install. They were the lowest of 5 quotes we received and Jason (who was responsible for install) was respectful, communicated effectively, and answered all of our questions to ensure we were happy with the install. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for the great work – we are enjoying our air conditioning as we speak!
After hitting a road block while installing a smart thermostat I gave up and decided to call a professional. When I called Dusty I was fully expecting $100+ for a service call. after I explained what my issue was he took about 5 minutes to walk me through it over the phone and problem solved. Excellent customer service I'll defiantly use him in the future.
Dustin was awesome! This winter our heater stopped working (of course it was at 10 pm) and he was out immediately! It was sooo cold! He found out that our mother board went out and needed to be replaced. He did not have a replacement that night, but he worked a little magic to get it running for the night. The next morning he arrived with the new part. One of the other reviewers mentioned that he was kind. He very much is and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Thank you so much, and I apologize for not writing a review earlier!
My AC was not producing very cold air. I have a buddy who does small AC service on the side. He filled up my Freon about .5 - .75lbs. Then a week later no cold AC air. My system is 21yrs old. I got a good recommendation about Air Care in Eagle. I called Air Care up on Wednesday June 26th and Dusty the tech was at my place on Thursday Jun 27th promptly at 2 PM, just as scheduled. He measured the Freon in my system and it was flat line, no Freon. I knew my system need to be replaced. He suggested an Armstrong furnace and AC and coil. He said he can have his techs install it tomorrow, Friday June 28th. Jason and Jared the tech arrived at 10 AM just a scheduled. Both were very nice and knowledgeable. When I would ask a question Jason took the time to explain in detail what he was doing. I highly recommend Air Care. They had the system up and running by 4 PM this included a trip back to the shop to manufacture a return duct for the top of the furnace. Also to change the filter is a snap. Just open the door on top the furnace remove the old filter and put in a new one. They also put a metal pocket that holds all of the manuals for the system on the side of the furnace. Really cool!! I want to thank Jason and Jared for doing great install job. The system looks great and the color matches my water heater. House temp is 72. Perfect
