Had a terrible experience ... Myself and my wife thought we could trust an agency . we bought a second hand car and were promised 3 years of guarantee on parts. Rip off.. they lied about the guarantee and said our car was supposedly not on the system even though we bought it directly from them . Jesus and Ricardo lied to us during the sale. So I would not recommend anybody to buy from this Renault dealer. There are more honest places in Colima than Renault .

All the basic service is good, as well as the treatment of the staff, what I would like them to improve is to take evidence (photo or video) of why they recommend changing some parts or spare parts without giving details and also for when they diagnose a certain problem in the vehicle. Because they raise the price of spare parts too much.

On November 5, we left the vehicle due to a failure where it spilled all the antifreeze liquid, clarifying that the unit never alerted us about this, causing it to turn off, when trying to turn it on it indicated "DANGER ENGINE FAILURE" so I better requested tow truck service. When they checked it, they told us that the water pump failed and made us wait approximately 15 days for the part. When they delivered the vehicle to us in theory "good" it lasted 2 days and the failure occurred again but now without using antifreeze so we returned the unit to Renault service, the next day they delivered the unit to us again which only worked Well, one day because it didn't turn on the first time, so we put it back into service, they "give it" to us again, the ignition fails again and they send a technician to check it outside our home, which is why he suggests take the unit for the 4th time to the Renault workshop on November 2 of this year and to date without giving us a favorable response as to what the unit has... They have not supported us with taxis, nor with a loaned vehicle, nor with a favorable response, something that other agencies do. It is our first Renault and the truth is we are very disappointed in the after-sales service.

When registering the appointment I asked them to review something, which continues in the same way. The carding was not in the delivery and it was not possible to ask about the service.
