I had all the windows in my house replaced. After getting different quotes from other companies this one was the best pricing and had the best reviews. They were always very responsive and accommodating with anything I needed. The install went great, and we are very happy with our new windows! Thank you Greg, Lenny, and Leon for all your help!

Last year we hired Action Windows to replace all the windows on our house with OKNA double hung, triple pane windows. Action did a phenomenal job at a great price and completed the work several weeks ahead of their initial estimated timeframe. The OKNA windows are very high quality and they look great. We quoted seven different window companies and Action Windows was the lowest price by a significant margin. They were the most transparent about their pricing and even invited us to their West Hartford office showroom to look at some of the windows in person before buying. In addition, they were the only one of the seven companies to tell us about the Eversource $100 rebate per triple pane window which allowed us to get a large rebate after the window installation. Highly recommend Action for window projects.

The owner is very easy to get along with. They include a (3) day cancellation clause. (We got it) The windows are fine and we got them during COVID so there was a 3 month wait, and we weren’t angry. I get it. The installer wasn’t easy to get along with. He had to return to fix the first window he put in, and it came with an attitude. Then some lady calls and asks for our opinion and I told her. I also said this is our second time ordering, so take the criticism and use it to do better. We never heard from her again because of (1) negative remark. We planned to get basement windows this summer but they blew us off because of the installer being rude. “It’s your houses fault, it’s old.” 1954 just like all the houses on my Manchester CT street. They’re nice until you point out a problem. The windows are fine the screens are flimsy. The owner was very considerate. He remembered us from 10 years ago.

I used Action Windows ten years ago and again recently. They were friendly, best price around, responsive, organized, and quality work. I have never had an issue with the custom window or upstairs slider door that they put in over ten years ago and they still looks as if new! I hired Action Windows back after shopping other carriers. I only shopped around, because I couldn’t recall at first, which company I originally used ten years ago. When shopping other carriers, I discovered the competition was over priced. One competitor was so disorganized that I still never received a quote!! I was so relieved when I contacted action windows by calling around. The gentlemen even brought my original yellow copy (invoice) to show me they were the company I trusted to install my windows and slider upstairs ten years ago. That proves how organized Action Windows is for retaining these records. I gladly hired Action Windows back to replace all the additional windows, a slider door/ screen door downstairs; front door, storm door, and side glass door. It was all complete in one day and I couldn’t be happier!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of window replacements or similar services that I ordered. It even came with a lifetime warranty, which I have no doubt I won’t ever need. They also cleaned up well after the work. If I ever need windows or doors in a future property, Action Windows will be the first I call!! The best service around!!
