Awful customer service. The young lady (staff member)with long curly hair greeted "Do you need something?", as I walked up to the register to get duplicate keys. She stood in front of the register with her hand on her hip looking at me as if I was an inconvenience to her. I responded, "Yes, I need assistance." She says, "Well what do u want?" This is horrible customer service. She needs to be trained on how to greet and speak to customers.

Aleida in the nuts and bolts section was amazing! She helped me for about 20 minutes to help me get exactly what I needed! Dawn at the front check out was also very sweet and nice to my wife and I. A great experience at this Ace location and such a great staff! "Dawn/Aledia, you are both great! My wife and I appreciate all you do and thank you for your help!"

Mustache guy in the Screw aisle was too busy listening to his music on his phone to answer any questions verbally and literally would just point.

I needed help with a replacement hose for a propane heater. Someone started to help me within 2 minutes, and we had everything figured out shortly afterwards. Overall great experience! :-)

Great customer service, purchased two stainless steel bolts and they both snapped in the half, returned and got free replacement with grade 8 steel bolts.
