Ace Hardware

Most helpful people ever, always greet you right away and walk you straight to what you need. Reasonable prices, I have never been disappointed. The only downside is very rarely they don't have what you need but they'll even tell you where to go.

Why is Ace such a terrific store?? I went there today needing a tiny shaft clip thingy to repair a bathroom exhaust fan. I didn't even know its name. I was greeted as usual and showed the damaged clip to the staff member. He took it, walked to the Aisle Of Many Fasteners, went straight to the box of shaft clips, reached into the correct subdivision of the box and produced a perfect match, as you can see in the photo. Sixty seconds after walking in, I had the strange little part I needed. I heaped compliments on him, and he shrugged it off. Great service. And my fan now works perfectly. Awesome.

I come here frequently for their selection of nuts and bolts. I estimate that my car is held together my 30% Ace Hardware stuff by now and growing. They really do live up to their "Helpful hardware folks" saying, as it is never a problem finding someone to help you.

Really good customer service. Just a bit overpriced

I needed my propane tank filled and Jett was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of! Love this store!
