Ace Hardware

Awesome store!! As I always say....they will have 1 of just about everything. I feel that the selection may not be as large as at one of the box store home improvement stores. But, they have most items. And, you can easily get assistance from their great staff!

We love this Ace Hardware store! It has a great inventory of tools, home and building supplies, outdoor furniture, outdoor dishes and accessories, outdoor decor, and many other interesting items that you probably don’t even know that you need or want. They deserve more than 5 stars for their absolutely excellent customer service! Their staff is always friendly and helpful! That is why we keep going back and recommending them to our friends!

This is the kind of hardware store you would have found back in the day when things were a little slower and customer service still existed. It still does at this store in the SmokeTree Shopping Center. If you can't find it here, then you probably didn't really need it to begin with. I noticed while in here on a Sunday afternoon, it seemed to be a "hub" for socializing as well. Lots to see and friendly employees! #shoplocal

My husband and I came into ACE to look at outdoor furniture. Steve came up and introduced himself and asked a few questions. He led us to something he thought we’d like. We looked at other options but ultimately came back to what he first suggested. He knew what we wanted even before we did! Steve was patient and VERY knowledgeable about the products we discussed. HUGE THANK YOU to Steve for his guidance, humor and professionalism.

I deal with lots of folks at here in Palm Springs and Palm Desert that just need a little help. At this place (Ace) there were 2 people to help everywhere I went. If you need a little help or a lot of help, don't get lost in the box. These folks love their jobs. Amazing how much time I save here...
