Ace Hardware of Zephyrhills

I was greeted by two friendly woman at the front of the store. And then I went to the paint department where a nice gentleman by the name of Ray came to assist me he explained how he could mix a paint color of my choosing. So I finally made the choice and he did wonderful even helping me find the tape and roller brushes while I was waiting. I was very grateful for him assisting me. The nice ladies in front assisted with checking me out and I will be returning to that location for the rest of my home improvement needs. ***** service from start to finish.

This store is fantastic! I bought a new smoker, thought I was going to have to put it together, I got it put together and delivered for free by being a member! The staff is excellent!!! Very helpful and friendly! Randy delivered my smoker he was wonderful!!! We will definitely keep coming back for all of our hardware and grilling needs!

All the staff were great to work with and knowledgeable about their stock of parts. They have a lot of stock for such a small building. Zephyrhills has needed a good hardware store for years.

I bought a small head flash light. And 2 small packs of candles during the week of the hurricane. A day later I went to Hobby Lobby and found bigger candle for half the Ace’s price. The next day, my husband came home with a bigger better flashlight. So I ended up NOT OPENING the items. A week later with my ORIGINAL RECEIPT, I return to the store for a refund. I was TOLD that because I bought these (mind you imperishable items) during the week of the HURRICANE. They WERE NOT RETURNABLE. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!!! No ifs or Butts !! The owners policy!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH THING!! That’s $40!! Down the drain!! I sure did need the money for gas. Please do NOT BUY ANYTHING AT AN ACES STORE BEFORE LOOKING FOR CHEAPER PRICES ELSEWHERE!! I WILL NEVER GO INTO ANY ACE STORE AGAIN!! Debra was the cashier for both transaction! A few minutes later- I was sharing this to a Big Lots employee.( me venting to anyone and everyone who would hear me) she Said they took so many candles back, as long as they had their receipt 🧾 . PS: I also bought a bag of DOTS , and they were stale !!
