Ace Hardware of West LA

What can I say... As we all know, "Ace is the place...." and sure enough I found exactly what I wanted with several other options to boot. That particular visit I was after a length of cable so I could install another television in my bathroom. Ace hardware had a 50foot roll of coax cable which I now own in addition to a couple of other items. Thanks Ace!

Been a fan of Ace for a long time. Large store with a great selection of tools, gear and competitively priced inventory. Extremely knowledgeable staff and if they don't know, they find an answer to the inquiry and provide several good options. They work as a team which makes the experience a good one. I may not be able to recall all the things I have purchased from an Ace Hardware over the years but I will always recall a great experience at a business. Thank you for having a sense of ownership, pride and being good at what you all do You hire great people!

I needed to repaint my entire house, and this hardware store had everything I required. The paint selection was extensive, and the staff offered expert advice on the best products for my project. The quality of the paint and painting tools was exceptional, and the prices were unbeatable. My home looks amazing, thanks to this store's excellent products and service.

The store & staff are Great! However, this rating is for their Online Order for Pick Up & Delivery at this particular location. (1) I have attempted to place "Several" Online Orders on separate occasions with the "Next Available Store Pick Up Date OR Ship To Store," which end up being "Canceled." (2) With the online order for Same Day Pick Up (which was shown Available & In Stock) get a notification that it is being Processed. Then later checking on this Same Day Pick Up order that the status has CHANGED to Store Pick Up in 3 Days! "Caution" to those who plan to place Online Orders with Ace Hardware, it may get "Canceled" or your Same Day Pick Up will be ready for Pick Up 3 Days Later. Ace Hardware Online Deals are very enticing but very unreliable.

I passed by the store by accident, I went in to look for a Plumber’s tape that I had been planning to get, since I just recently installed a water filter, without the seal it’s leaking. So I went in without carrying any cash and cards with me (I went there after class, I don’t usually carry my wallet with me on a normal school day), not knowing that Apple Pay is not accepted (the machine can’t do pay wave), that puts me an awkward situation. And this very nice young man who works as a cashier in the next counter just came up and helped me pay it!! I was so grateful, I wanted to Venmo him back but he refused, so I said I’ll come back tomorrow to pay you in cash. And he said today is actually his last day working here. This guy just made my day, ACE you hired the right people, please treat your employees well.❤️ May god bless his kind soul, and wish him the best in everything he does his life.
