Ace Hardware of Norwich

Mike is a friendly, helpful and welcoming Manager at this Ace site. The Staff are all friendly & solicitous. The supplies are abundant, varied & easy to find. Ace hardware has a Reward program & great sales on high quality supplies seasonally. The deal on mulch and soil in October was hard to beat. We went back three times. I highly recommend patronizing the Norwich franchise.

Friendly staff and a pretty good sized Ace. It's tucked away by the nearby gas stations, so it's hard to tell it's even there unless you're actively searching Maps for a hardware store. They do display items they don't have in stock, but it's easy to order for in-store pickup. Staff seemed a little clumsy at checkout, but still nice.

The people who work there are very helpful. I needed a plumbing piece, I didn't know the name of it but I described it to him. Well he called someone else and he new what I needed!! They are super helpful.

Over the last few years the customer service has been excellent. They are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. This is where you go if you want good customer service. It is so much easier to go here than to one of the big box stores. Some things are a little bit more money but other things are cheaper. It’s definitely a time saver going here and that to me is well worth it.
