Ace Hardware of Louisville

I called and had an item held so I could pick it up. I confirmed they’re open until 6:30 and assured the employee I’d be coming. I arrived at 6:27 and the store was completely closed. Awesome customer service.

Very convenient for hardware supply in the neighborhood when u don’t want to have to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Went for some gas line for a concrete saw. They sell it by the foot which is a better deal than the big box stores. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this store! Not only is it a good store but the personnel are always great as well. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are there to help you with whatever you need. They offer good, sound, constructive advice on whatever project you are working on. And they have no problem helping you save money when possible - even if they don't make a big sell.
