Ace Hardware of Big Bend

Great experience! The staff was professional and very knowledgeable, certainly living up to the slogan of being "the place with the helpful hardware folks." I found the items that I needed - the store was clean and organized. I'm Team Pit Boss, so all of the Traeger paraphernalia was troubling, but nobody's perfect. Signed up to be a member and will DEFINITELY be back.

Nice clean store anyone that was over the age of 40 very helpful everyone under the age of 25 needs training. If you're not sure how to do something don't just put whatever in the register and send the customer on their way they will check the receipt.

We usually love Ace, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. We shop here over Lowe’s or Home Depot for the last 13 years but recently the staff doesn’t seem very helpful or nice at all. This was the second time my family has been here recently with no help. What’s going on Ace? Are we breaking up? Please please get better staff. It’s soo weird for Ace to no longer be the helpful hardware store.

Al made my experience amazing. He told me about the deals and made sure I got the most bang for my buck! His sense of humor, his wit and his smile made my day. Working in the customer service industry myself I know how hard it is to smile through out the day, but Al sure does make it look easy! Thank you. I won't be shopping anywhere else!

The store almost always has what I am looking for. The staff is very professional and helpful. From the time I walk in through the door, they always ask if they can help me find what I am there for and they follow up by actually helping when needed. The prices might be a little higher than other hardware stores, but I prefer going there because of the great customer service provided.
