Ace Hardware Lake Nona

I love this location! It's such a different service level than at the big box stores. My latest experience was shopping for the perfect grill. Wes spent a lot of time answering questions and offering recommendations, even helping me order my new grill. I'm very appreciative of Wes and this Ace Lake Nona team.

Stopped in some finishing nails and was immediately greeted upon entering and asked what looking for and the older, taller gentleman (sorry didn't catch the name) walked me over to them talked about what was looking for and squared me away quickly. Jake on the register was great, asking great follow-up questions on projects in the future I'm planning, even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for. Will return for future projects.

Let me just say I do not want to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s anymore. This place is amazing. The people are extremely helpful. Jake helped me out today. It’s never really crowded. You don’t have to go look for someone for help so organize I wouldn’t recommend any place else.

The store and service is fine. I bought 2 candy bars from the check-out counter and they both expired last June 2023. Its Christmas 2023. All molded and inedible. That means they've been on the shelf almost a year. DISGUSTING! Don't sell snacks if there not going to be looked after.
