Ace Hardware Hammonds

I needed replacement/backup keys made for my daughter’s car as she’s leaving for college in a few weeks. I called to see if they could help me and Steve said “sure.” Went in and so many employees were helpful. Steve made me two keys and since I had brought in my own, I asked how much it would cost. He said, “Just bring me a coffee sometime.” I was in shock that he was so kind! You don’t really find anyone like that anymore so it left a definite impression on me. Thank you, Steve!

went to use our birthday coupon. ot was hard to find something not on sale. they have a lot of grills and spices. they also have other non hardware items.

Wow what a great place with great people working there. It was worth the ride for me but I'll certainly go there again. They even gave me the military discount that my local Ace does not.

Went into store looking for 2 bags of mulch and walked out with a Weber Griddle grill. LOL! I was looking at all of the flat top grilles and Steve asked me what I was looking for. I told him a Weber and He had someone bring it right out. Steve was super nice and provided excellent customer service. I will be back to this Ace hardware for sure. Thank you Steve! I don't think there is any less than one star. I have been going there for years and have spent quite a lot of money there to keep it out of the big box stores. I purchased a Stihl blower two days ago and was not impressed by the functionality of the blower and couldn't get it restarted. The "manager" of the store said that Stihl has a "no return policy" and they would consider an upgrade to a different model but, no returns. When speaking with Stihl customer support, they said that they have a 7-day complete satisfaction guarantee. I live on Lake Lanier and have spent thousands of dollars in this store... NEVER AGAIN! THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AWFUL.
