Ace Hardware - Tri-State Outfitters

Recently picked up a kayak, life vests and a paddle, end-of-season, for around $600, which seems like a great deal. Usually I get plumbing, electrical, paint, or other household repair/maintenance items, and they have a good selection.

Had a problem and issue with a St. Croix fishing rod, and staff, and particularly Mark in sporting goods, and the assistant general manager were fantastic in resolving the issue. The fact is, Tri-State could have refused the warranty by policy, but instead showed good faith in business and went ahead with the warranty disposition on the spot. This customer service is above and beyond the norm. We recommend Tri-State and will continue to do business with them. If your into sporting and fishing in northern Idaho, make sure and visit Tri-State. thank you

Much rather shop here than sportsman's. Good service and have most everything you would need. Good ammo and gun selection as well
