Ace Handyman Services West Des Moines

I had two projects completed by David Howell, from Ace Handyman. He hung a decoration on a brick wall on the front of my home. I was pretty specific on how i wanted it done. David did a great job in completing that task and it was perfect. He also install a heavy mirror. It’s level and looks great also. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to converse with. Thanks, David

I had a chat with Marcy on the phone and she answered all my questions and worked with me to fix a date for getting the work done and also gave me an estimate of time and the cost.Dave, who came to do the work was very professional and so efficient!!! He got all the work and way before time . There is also an $50 off coupon for 4 hours of work! I won’t go searching again for my next set of work that needs to get done…. I requested handyman services to fix an issue with my toilet, and needed someone to come out ASAP - which the customer service rep stated that their handymen could fix said issue - yet, it added more problems to where I had to call an emergency plumber for a leaking toilet (which was not the issue to begin with.) They also attempted to install a bathroom sink faucet as well, and did not install it correctly; the faucets I purchased were of higher quality and I could move and shake the base with ease, where my $50 amazon faucets that were originally there wouldn’t budge. I would be cautious to use handyman for any type of plumbing.

Dave completed all my honey do jobs quickly and professionally. I’m so happy to have the jobs done. We will definitely use this service again. Dave looked at the jobs offered his solution and listened to my requests before completing the work. The time estimated was 4 hours but only took 3 even with a trip to get some supplies.

David came to install shelves and put together other storage for my garage. He arrived early and was very helpful in giving me advice about where to put the shelves. I was planning on a half day of work and he was done in 21/2 hours. I have always found Ace hardware a great place to shop, competitive prices and friendly, this handyman service is another part of their great customer service. I’ll use David and Ace again, just starting my next list!
