Ace Handyman Services Coppell

We used Ace Handyman Services to repair drywall that was damaged during the spring freeze. They were able to send over the right people to do the job and it looks fantastic! The communication from Sharon regarding scheduling was excellent. I always knew when and who was coming over to my house to complete work for the day. Stephen, the owner, was also great to work with as he stopped by the house several times to make sure the work was getting completed on time and properly. I would recommend Ace Handyman Services to anyone looking to support local business in the Coppell or Irving area.

This was our first time using Ace, and we definitely will go there again. From our first phone contact, the customer service was warm and friendly, and Tyler was knowledgeable, skilled at his craft, and willing to help. We will use Ace again for sure and will request Tyler.

I paid approximately $700 for the installation of four childproof locks on cabinets, one safety lock on a plug and the change of one lightbulb. It was based on time. And I did not realize it would take this much time to accomplish this amount. Originally we had been quoted this amount for the change of approximately 20 door knobs but the door knobs didn’t fit so we exchanged out the other items, thinking it would take much less time to complete. I was very surprised that it took this long for so few items 9 am-1pm. The quality of work was fine, but I think should have been able to be accomplished in a much shorter period of time—— Amazingly, this company is great with customer service. They read my review and they took it to heart and sent out the owner to clarify my concerns and refunded me for the amount of time they did not think it should have been billed for rather the amount of time it should have taken, since the handyman they sent, was newer and perhaps took a bit longer, than would normally be expected. In addition, they waived the trip fee when I found that one of the baby locks was not working properly and they made it right. Way to go.

Michael did a great job for us. He installed new bathroom vanity lights and hung 4 mirrors with 2 of them large and heavy. He was prompt and very efficient.

Steve is quick to respond and goes the extra mile for customers. He is a valuable partner to have for my clients and has done a fabulous job with communication and timely repairs and maintenance.
