Good service overall, for purchasing and for mechanical mileage services.
Of course, sometimes they are very insistent on the issue of extra services.
The prices are standard but with the VW brand guarantee.
The staff in general takes good care of you and is efficient.
Puff, what a bad experience.
I was looking for a car for a while and I can confidently say that there wasn't a single dealer that made me feel so uncomfortable.
Their pseudo salespeople are the worst I have ever seen. I don't know if it's that rumor that haunts luxury places that “customers want to be treated badly” or I don't know what happened.
Upon entering the agency we are greeted by a fairly normal receptionist, no complaints there. From there it asks us to wait for a salesperson to assist us. We waited a few minutes before a woman with a “what a fool” look approached us. It seemed like they made an effort to disinterest us in the brand and the purchasing process.
He offered me a truck that I didn't want, when he gave the characteristics of what he had seen, he pretended that he didn't know and he did his best to continue offering vehicles well above the budget that I had shared with him, as if to say "it won't be enough for you" when Reviewing the catalog with bad calm, there was more than one interesting and budget proposal that did everything not to mention and even then not to give more details.
Even after showing interest in a vehicle with a cost a little above the mentioned budget, he began to talk to me about his leasing model and, as always, selling pure advantages. It was enough to ask a couple of questions to realize once again that the name of the game was “you pay high or you leave.” Well, I opted for the second.
I ended up crossing the street going to the Nissan across the street. I was assisted by a very good salesperson who was eager to assist us, answer questions and teach us. I ended up shopping there too.
Very bad VW. I can already imagine how many clients you lose because of disinterested, apathetic workers who want to “help themselves” not “help.”
I imagine this isn't everywhere, nor are all VW sellers, but that's what happened to me.
Yes, and the saleswoman also stopped sending information and didn't send anything.
But hey, I'm happy with Nissan and I probably won't be interested in a VW again.
First class service.
-Affordable prices on oil changes (I asked the service manager something)
-The only place in CdMx that I recommend for service to DSG automatic boxes!
Nothing recommendable, the service is getting worse every day, I haven't been able to get windshield wipers for a Cross Fox in 2 years and today they didn't even want to move the cars to leave the dealership and fix my car with the accident, we don't even talk and forget that the manager attends to them.

As always in spare parts, leaving the customer waiting until they feel like serving.
