Bryan did a great job he was here on Tuesday December 5, in the late evening saw him seamlessly handle me and multiple other people while remaining professional and diligent. He helped me solve my issue and get my phone back up and running with some elbow grease. Give man a raise, he even sparks great conversation when things were loading or we were waiting on things. I highly suggest the store when he’s working.

I am appalled at this store. The store manager, Tim, needs to be fired. I opened up new service with AT&T. Upon activating my account, I asked if I wanted the phone insurance protection, I said no. The next day, I get an email thanking me for adding the protection plan to my account. They also charged me an activation fee when they told me my employer had this waived. Then, I started to have network issues. I went back in to the store to clear these issues up. Tim was absolutely terrible. He was combative, belittling, and condescending. He wasn’t helpful, and refused to give me his name, and also told me to get out of his store. This was after him telling me to go to Apple to get my network issue resolved! I was treated so poorly, and in front of other customers, it was embarrassing. I called AT&Ts customer service and canceled my service that was only a few days old —- simply because of how I was treated by Tim.

Don’t bother coming if you need help with billing issues, or anything else for that matter. The “manager” is incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to help. He was frustrated as soon as she logged into my account when he noticed another location made a mistake his answer was “that’s just how it is” instead of even attempting to help the situation. I didn’t even get his name, because he never introduced himself. He only stated that he was the manager.

Came into this store for the new first net and family and went seemingly! Chase and Tim had me and my family of three up and running in 45 minutes and got me a free watch! The service have been great so far and will be doing all my business at this store in the future. Everyone was very knowledgeable, thank you guys.

I’ve been an AT&T Customer for over 15 years. I know that quality of service has slid everywhere, but today was the last straw for me at this store. Chase was extremely rude and didn’t care to help at all. I went in because I had a billing question and I needed my phones unlocked as I was considering going to Verizon. Chase could tell that I was annoyed. He said “You’re coming in here hot.” I told him I had already spent quite a long time on the phone with AT&T and they were having service issues. Plus, I realized I had been overcharged. I told him it had nothing to do with him. Chase said he couldn’t help me and that I needed to call or go online. I said I had done that already. Chase said’ “We’re only in sales” and he can’t help. I asked him to write down the website. You can see in the photo he gave me a sticky note saying to Google it. It was only after I asked him again for an actual website that he begrudgingly wrote down the site he did. When I asked Chase for his name, he said “I’m not giving that to you because you’re just going to try to take my job.” I asked for a receipt for my final payment which had his name on it. If he was proud of the quality of his work, he would’ve given his name freely. I’ll be calling his boss. Either way, unless you’re planning on buying a new phone, these guys could care less as they stated themselves. AT&T, Chase gave me the best reason to abandon our 15 year relationship.
