Just want to commend the excellent service I received on Tuesday, 10/3/23 from AT&T employee Steven Louie at the 425 Market St. store. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional in helping me. AT&T is fortunate to have him as a representative of the corporation. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service.
The experience was bad. The staff helped me filled my birthday wrong so I spend more than an hour in the store just to set up an account. I was later told by another AT&T store staff that I could get student discount and an internet discount for my apartment but I wasn't told at the store. I wasn't told anything at the store!
I transferred my phone number from another carrier and on the next day you canceled my services and i lost my phone number because you didn't find credit history attached to my Social Security number. My Social Security number new because I just moved to United States. And hence I don't have any credit history, so I don't know what to say. Probably I have to talk with a layer because you took my phone number and cancelled it.
I went in a couple of days ago to speak about an issue. I had with my fibre to a representative named Raven I went in a couple of days ago to speak about a issue. I had with my finer to a representative named Raven and he was absolutely amazing. Very concise gave me a very detailed understanding of my bill and my billing concerns, I just wanted to write a generous and healthy review show that there is some positivity
If you need help or have a problem with you wireless number, you better call the customer service rather than going see the staff at this store. The staff here are not very helpful, not even try to listen or solve your problem. They just keep pushing you to call the customer service. They are rude and aren’t welcoming.
