Dylan was my salesperson he is super. Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He helped me get my mom her first iPhone and upgraded mine. If you’re in need of a cellphone or time for an upgrade go see Dylan .
Dylan was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and reviewed everything on my account to make sure I was getting the best value. Would recommend this employee for anyone.
I went to this store to get my screen face replaced and the guy behind the counter looks irritated that I am in the store. He goes through the process and tells me, "$8.70". I'm thinking, for what? He says nothing so I say "is this for tax?" He replied "yeah". I give him my card and he runs it twice (I got 2 notices on my phone). He starts to run it again and I asked if he was running it again and he replied that it didn't go through. I showed him my notices and on my card ap where there were 2 pending charges. He calls a lady (he said the owner) and she explains the other 2 should fall off since they were just pending. He has the phone on speaker and she (the owner?) says "good luck getting him to understand that". I fully understand how "pending charges" work on a card. I ask for assurance that if the 3 charges go through, she will refund me the other 2. They reply that she would. As I am leaving I said "Thank you" while standing 2 feet away and he says NOTHING. I get it if you are having a bad day but his demeanor during this entire transaction was horrible and when a customer says "thank you" and you don't acknowledge ANYTHING AT ALL. I ask this.. How does he have a job with your company? Maybe disrespect starts at the top. ATT should take a hard look at the people representing their product.
I wanted to brag on Stephanie F at this location! I was needing some help with adding my grandson to my current plan. she hooked us right up and got us going with a new phone plan. If you need great customer service, come see her here in the White Hall location, you wont be disappointed. Thanks stephanie!!!
